60 second interview with Erdem Moragliou

Loved this brief and fun interview with Erdem, and his answers! I would love to see him work with a ballet production, I also love Tilda Swinton, and am also a huge fan of American Idol, haha!

London Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2013 Pt 1: Erdem

Erdem's show is now my most anticipated show for London Fashion Week (superceeding Burberry Prorsum even *gasp*), and I was absolutely gutted that I couldn't make it backstage Erdem's show with Nathalie for Peut-Être this week, so I will live vicariously through her for now. Hopefully we will get another pass next year too...

Erdem Moragliou SS'13 collection was his most 'modern' to date, with python-print and neon colours (and 'uneasy' colour combinations), at first glance I had to do a double-take to confirm it was indeed Erdem, my favourite looks were shown towards the end, as well as the incredible colourful lace pieces:

Between juggling a toddler and newborn, working on Issue 4 of Peut-Etre (SO excited about it, watch this space), and 'playing house' (wish it were play), I am incredibly out-of-touch with the recent fashion shows, but recently made a point to check out some of my favourite designers, especially Erdem...The blues and floral prints were absolutely glorious, as were the beautiful lace dresses:

Lil' Brigs B'day Pressie Sneak Peek - Erdem's Prussian Swallow Silk Pug

One of my favourite Erdem prints ever is his Prussian Swallow print from the Fall/Winter 2010 collection (along with the floral print I am so happy to have in the Maggie maxi skirt and matching Monique shirt). I was too excited for words when I found out Erdem had made some limited edition silk pugs (only 25 of this print were made) for Start London, I just had to have one. But, what was I to do with a little silk pug?

This time next week Lil' Brigs will be 2 years old! Can you believe how time flies (it seems like yesterday I announced her arrival)? I certainly cannot! But I have now found the perfect excuse to have one of these cute little pugs in my house. For those who 'like' me on Facebook may have read in a previous Facebook post, I got the cute little pug for her (as a birthday present - one I can appreciate at the same time - for 'Simpsons' fans out there, remember when Homer gave Marge a bowling ball as a present? I told Mr Brigs that he can give the more 'practical' gift, haha!), and here it is:
